Octopus Mobile Mechanics provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance services performed at the customer's home, workplace, or other agreed location. Services include engine diagnostics, oil changes, brake and rotor service, battery, alternator, and starter replacement, air conditioning repair, suspension and steering repair, tune-ups, and tire rotation, repair, and replacement.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and on-site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where safety, access, or legal concerns make the work unsafe or impractical to perform.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are non-binding unless provided in writing. The final price may vary based on the scope of work, parts and materials required, on-site conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered during the service.

3. Payments

This website does not collect or process payments. All payments are handled directly between the customer and Octopus Mobile Mechanics outside of this website.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay for completed services may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed location. Pets, hazards, and obstructions must be secured before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation terms, if any, will be communicated at the time of scheduling.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Octopus Mobile Mechanics and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.
